Albert Kraler
Albert Kraler is a political scientist and Programme Manager for Research at ICMPD. His research interests include migration policy in the EU and in comparative perspective, with a particular focus on family migration policies, policy responses to irregular migration, notably regularisation and border control. He has also has worked on migration statistics and broader issues of legal status and citizenship. Albert is the overall coordinator of the DemandAT project, and as such responsible for the administrative and scientific coordination of the project. In addition, he coordinates the workpackage on government responses to demand and is involved in the research into debates on demand in different forms of trafficking in human beings and research into the role of law enforcement actors.
